OUR GOAL IS TO EMPOWER ALL ATHLETES WITH SCIENCE BACKED APPLICATION OF PERFORMANCE TRAINING, RECOVERY, NUTRITION, AND MINDSET.

WE ARE CURRENTLY REGISTERING FOR OUR SPRING YOUTH TRAINING PROGRAM. THE SPRING YOUTH PROGRAM  STARTS WEEK OF MARCH 18TH. AND GOES FOR 10 WEEKS.

 

FOR MIDDLE SCHOOL AND ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

Anyone looking to make their high school team or put themselves in a position to earn an athletic scholarship will greatly benefit from our Varsity Speed camp. After you complete your Athletic Evaluation, the Premier Coaching Team will engineer a custom training program designed to help you improve every aspect of your game.  Sports Performance classes are held in a small group format (4:1 Athlete to Coach), giving you access to expert coaching and attention.  Within your program, you will address any underlying issues that could potentially lead to injury, all while increasing your movement efficiency and power output. No matter what sport you play, Premier Fitness can help you improve your game on and off the field.

As parents and coaches, we all want to set our kids up for success.  With participation in youth athletics on the rise, so is the competition.  At Premier Fitness, we understand that while we want our kids to succeed in their athletic endeavors, their overall athletic development is the primary goal.  The Youth Athlete Training program at Premier is designed with long-term goals in mind, to help kids develop sound fundamentals in movement, posture, and coachability.

PREMIER FIT KIDS

(must be 8 by 12/31)

Premier Fit Kids will exposed your child to fundamental movement patterns related to long-term athletic development. They will learn the ABC’s of movement: crawl, skip, jump, run, squat, etc. All will be done in a fun and dynamic atmosphere and in an environment where learning occurs. Additionally, kids will be exposed to motivational and nutritional content. Your kids will not only become more athletic; they will become better kids on and off the playing field.
