The Weekender Instructions

Warm up and cool down for 5:00 to 10:00. Grab a timer. Complete the following as many times as possible, with good form, in 10:00. Rest 2:00 then perform round two!

ROUND 1 (10:00)

Bodyweight Squats x 10

Lunges x 10 per leg

Run 100 meters

ROUND 2 (10:00)

Push Ups x 10

Straight leg Sit Ups x 10

Run 100 meters
