Spiderman With Rotations Snapshot
Happy Halloween everyone! Not only is Spiderman the best Superhero of all time (in my opinion) The Spiderman Exercise is a great warmup and mobility drill that will reduce your chances of injury and improve everyday function. Spiderman with rotations are great for your hips, groin, inner thighs, shoulders, and upper back. If you are a golfer, take special note: this is a drill that you should do everyday.
GET IN TO CHARACTER AND GIVE THIS A TRY!!!
Spiderman with rotations instructions:
1. Setup in pushup stance.
2. Lift your right foot up and place outside of right hand.
3. Lift your right arm and follow a wide arc in line with your right shoulder to the sky.
4. Bring your right arm back down and then your right leg.
5. Repeat on other side.
