Single KB Workout

Here's a KB workout to do. Don't let Kettlebells intimidate you. The Kettlebell is a great versatile tool that can give you a full body workout and help you burn a ton of calories. Need technique help or not know where to start? Ask one of the Premier coaches to ensure that you use proper exercise technique.

Warm up for 5:00-10:00. Then do the following for up to 5 sets

Snatches x12 Per Side

Squats x12

Swings x12 Per Side

Rows x12 Per Side

Plank x 1 Minute
